As Head of Small Business Marketing for Google, he launched South African Business Woza online where SME’s created 50,000 websites in it’s inaugural year – one every ten minutes. He grew revenue by 82% YoY and was selected the African “Googliest Googler!”
Craig has a BSc(Eng), MSc (Usability) and an MBA from Babson College (USA) as a recipient of the prestigious Frederic C Hamilton scholarship for significant entrepreneurial achievement. Some of his accolades include being an AFLI Desmond Tutu Fellow, AshokaU Changemaker, World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Mail and Guardian Top 200 under 35, Destiny Man Top 40 under 40, a disruptive innovation speaker at TEDx as well as being profiled at the Clinton Global Initiative. He currently is the youngest graduation speaker at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Craig is a non-executive for WomHub, a non-profit inspiring woman into engineering and finance, chairman of Moving into Dance which educates disenfranchised youth through dance.
Socially, he has swam in the Amazon, been tear-gassed in Turkey, skydived in California, hiked Machu Pichu and parts of the Great Wall, been shark diving (twice!) and visited the Wailing Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem and the Taj Mahal in India.Read more Read less
